Delicious Stewed Pearl Onions

Ingredients :

- 1 tsp. of chopped fresh Coriander

- 50 ml. of virgin olive oil

- 200 ml. of dry white wine

- 100 ml. of cider vinegar

- 1 bayleaf

- 1 tsp. of chopped fresh thyme

- Salt

- 300 g of pearl onions

- 50 g of currants

- 150 ml of maple syrup

- 1 tsp. of tomato pasta

Preparation :

In a pan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat and cook gently for 1 hour 30.

Ladle into jar and refrigerate until serving.
